CFG software is offered as a client-server  implementation (CFG Enterprise), as a desktop installation (CFG Professonal) or online (CFG Online). The CFG platform offers flexibility for importing data feeds from disparate systems, in an automated fashion or manually. With CFG Enterprise and CFG Professional,  reporting is generated by three different means: KPIs on dashboards, dynamic reporting from the Excel-like data grid, and standard reporting.  CFG Online uses the platform's comprehensive standard reporting module. CFG’s intuitive interface enables users to work with transactions flagged by business rules in a spreadsheet-like grid area utilizing filter and sorting capabilities. The workflow component allows users to follow a resolution process assigning action types like review, approved for claim, and recovered.
